We're sorry to see you go! If you would like to permanently delete your Nalam account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request below.

What happens when you delete your account?

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly wiped from our servers within 30 days:

Your profile and identity information (Name, Email)
Your entire diary history, meals, exercise logs, and health tracking
Your home inventory, shopping lists, and receipts
Your AI chat history and customized plans

How to request account deletion

To ensure the security of your account, we require account deletion requests to be sent from the email address registered to your Nalam account.

Please click the button below to send us an email requesting account deletion. Our support team will process your request and confirm via email once all data has been permanently erased.
